AtoZCarRentals.com – Reservation Terms & Conditions

By reserving a vehicle through AtoZCarRentals.com’s online booking system, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation Requirements

To guarantee a reservation, Customers must:

  • Fully complete and submit all required rental forms online.
  • Meet all rental qualifications based on the information provided.
  • Submit a non-refundable $50 deposit via Zelle (or approved payment method) to secure the reservation.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until:

  • All required documents and forms are submitted,
  • Customer is approved based on rental qualifications,
  • And the reservation deposit has been successfully received.

2. Reservation Deposit Policy

  • The $50 reservation deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including Customer-initiated cancellations.
  • Upon arrival and checkout, this deposit will be applied toward the final rental balance.

3. Security Deposit Policy

  • A security deposit is required for all vehicle rentals.
  • The security deposit amount may be increased or decreased based on factors including, but not limited to:
    • Driving history
    • Insurance status
    • Payment method
    • Customer risk profile
  • Security deposits are refundable only if the rental vehicle is returned in the same condition as delivered — free of damages, violations, excessive mileage, cleaning fees, unpaid tolls, or other infractions.

    4. Authorized Drivers

    • Only the Customer listed on the rental agreement is permitted to operate the rental vehicle.
    • No unauthorized drivers are allowed under any circumstances.

    Allowing an unauthorized driver — or attempting to misrepresent, falsify, or defraud AtoZCarRentals.com — will result in:

    • Immediate termination of the rental agreement,
    • Forfeiture of all deposits and rental payments, and
    • Potential legal action pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    5. General Provisions

    • AtoZCarRentals.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet qualification standards.
    • By submitting the online booking form and/or paying the reservation deposit, the Customer affirms that they have read, understand, and agree to these reservation terms and conditions.
